and conditions ("Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by
these Terms and to follow these Terms and all laws and regulations governing
the Site. STS9 ticketing has the right to change these Terms at any time, which
shall be effective as to any transaction made following the posting of the
change on the site.
Lawful Use
You may visit, view and retain copies of this Site for your own personal use
but may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute
information from the Site for any purpose other than to review event
information and to purchase tickets for personal use, unless otherwise
specifically authorized by STS9. STS9 ticketing reserves the right to refuse
service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including,
without limitation, if STS9 believes the customers conduct violates applicable
law or is harmful to the interests of STS9 ticketing.
Copyright
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,
images and software is the property of STS9 ticketing or its content suppliers
and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all
content on this site is the exclusive property of STS9 ticketing and protected
by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software of this site
may be used as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction,
modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or
performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. All rights
reserved.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your own risk. STS9 ticketing does
not promise that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will
provide specific results from use of the Site content. The Site and content are
delivered on an "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will
STS9 ticketing be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary,
incidental special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if STS9
ticketing has been advised of the possibility of damages. The disclaimer of
liability applies to any and all damages or injury from any cause, including
without limitation damages or injury caused by any failure of performance,
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach
of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
Sales and Refunds
We never store your credit card number!
Charge statements will show the name as PBSM, Sound Tribe Sector 9, STS9, STS9 1-(303.666.6862) or Sacred Sound Ascension as the merchant.
All Sales Are Final - No Refunds - No Exchanges. For the most up to date information on a shows' status,

For General Admission Tickets To Be Picked Up At Will-Call By Customer -
Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued in
the amount of the face value of the tickets. In the event of cancellation or
unforeseen facility closure, convenience and handling fees and service charges
will not be refunded in order to cover the costs already incurred by STS9
ticketing.
Please understand that by purchasing tickets for this ticketing site,
you are automatically enrolled in the STS9 fan club.
Tickets for sale are intended for purchase by adults.
Ticket Shipping
All ticket and associated shipping sales are final and are non-refundable.
Tickets will usually be shipped out at least 14 days prior to event. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive shipment. You will be notified via email with tracking numbers when your tickets are sent.
Tickets cannot be sent to PO boxes. To avoid service delays and an extra charge for re-routing, please use a deliverable physical address when entering shipment address.
Tickets will be delivered during the daytime before 5pm. We strongly recommend using your place of business as the shipping address if that's where you will be during daytime hours.
If you need to change the shipping address BEFORE tickets have been mailed (usually 14 days prior to the event), please contact customerservice@sts9store.com and enter "address change" in the subject line.
Any tickets returned will be placed on the venue's will call list under the purchaser's name and will not be re-sent. Once again, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Ticket shipping fees will cover costs for shipping all tickets within a single order. Orders will not be combined.
Processing fees for shipping purchased separately from tickets or on separate orders will not be combined, waived or refunded.
Tickets will only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
Order Pickup and Delivery
Will-call orders will be held for redemption at the venue's night box office.
They will be available on the date of the show at the time specified for doors
to open. This is specified on your ticket order under "Date". You
must bring a government issued photo ID to claim the tickets held
under your (the purchaser's) name.
Only the individual placing a will-call order may pick up the tickets ordered.
Will-call name changes can only be made up to 3 days prior to the event.
Re-Selling
Tickets purchased through this site are intended for personal use. We strictly
prohibit the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the
purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets
that you purchased through this site for profit, we may at our sole discretion
cancel all of your ticket orders and all or part of other pending orders in
your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other
pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up. No other service charges
or processing charges charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. If
tickets are placed at will-call, only the person whose name is on the order can
pick them up. No will-call name changes will be allowed. We reserve the right
to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy. We are
the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.
